The XML 2005 Call for Artwork is up, so all you artsy types planning to attend the conference should start thinking about what you’ll contribute to the art show. Bob DuCharme shared some of his ideas with me last week in Oxford (he runs the very popular XSLT track at the XML Summer School), so I know there’s at least one other person already thinking about it.
I finally began the first few stitches of my XML 2005 project (did I say here that I was planning to get started quickly? oops), but the fabric “canvas” is so large that it’s impractical to work on in a plane or, for that matter, at the back of a lecture hall. Uh-oh. No multi-tasking for me this year!
