Before my story begins, I am an average kid who takes daring adventures, some with my partner. As you see in my story, you will see me hopping ditches, climbing fences, crossing streams, and climbing mountains. But this story is mostly about a kid and his daring adventures.
Getting ReadyGetting ready for a long adventure to beat the enemy to a point on the way. If we get there, we will claim the prize. As you can see, we have a lot of gear. We are now going to show you a close-up picture of it. |
Gearing UpAs you can see, in there are two binoculars for me and my partner. You will see him in some parts of the story. There are also bungee cords. We need them to hang onto stuff, to climb mountains, sometimes hop ditches, and going across streams without the rapids pulling us. |
PredictionsBefore you go on a trip, you have to predict the activities that will come up. Sometimes it's so hard you won't even believe it. But yet the enemy still has more chances of getting there, but there's a close chance of us getting there too. They might know the activities that come up next, but unlucky for us, we have no clue what's coming up next. |
Deep DitchWe just found out that the first activity is to hop a deep ditch. If we fall in, there's a close chance we won't come out. But we might be able to hop it. Let's see about that. |
Thin BridgeOnce we got over, there's another ditch to cross. This one's too wide. We found a piece of wood lying nearby. Lucky for us, it was long enough to stretch over. We walked across that. |
Duck! The enemy might see us. We have to duck so they don't know where we are. We're going to take a shortcut so they can't find out what the shortcut is, and that's why we have to duck. |
TeamworkWe meet up. My partner is in trouble. I help him up. He was about to slip into a bunch of bunches that have a bunch of thorns in them. Somebody put a trap there. Then we split up again. But before that, I tell him my shortcut. We might have another chance of getting to the end point. |
Crossing Over #1We have to cross a mountain or go over it. The best way is going over it. You can see me climbing up the mountain. In the next picture, you will see a close-up of the top of the mountain. |
Only MeI'm on the top of the mountain, and now I need to go back down the other side. I get back down safely, but do we know if the enemy is ahead? Maybe so, maybe not. |
Hide in a TreeI see the enemy. I hide in a tree. They might not find me. I jump out of the tree; the enemy is gone. |
Crossing Over #2There are land mines on the walking path. I have to go on the side. So I get over safely, but I still need to find my partner. |
Stepping StonesI cross the stream. There are heavy rapids. I make it over, but barely. I find my partner at the next rapid. |
Stepping Stones #2I find my partner. I go across with him now. We both get up. We beat the enemy. We win the prize. |
Gate Hop #1I hop the gate. I'm almost over. My partner might not make it. Let's see if he does. |
Gate Hop #2He makes it over. We head home. |
Removing GearI remove my gear. My partner does too. The adventure is finished. |

CreditsA picture of me and the photographer. We are both happy that we made a new website. We will have new adventures next year. |
